Janet Muller

photoJanet began her journey as an Assistant Dietician at Nyack Hospital, Nyack, NY, which inspired her to pursue an entrepreneur business in the health and fitness industry.  She is a certified member of the American Council on Exercise since 1988; and is passionate about teaching and inspiring participants to develop a health and fitness practice.

Janet’s business goals focus on design and implementation of a variety of fitness and yoga classes, with the intention to provide a safe environment for participants to empower and enrich their life. Yoga by Janet has evolved over the past 25 years, and is a sanctuary for individuals to embrace personal growth, well -being and fulfillment.  They are encouraged to “make the practice their own” regardless of where they are physically and spiritually.  Practicing yoga creates an awareness and presence that allows one’s true spirit to direct their life.   A personal ambition of Janets is to motivate those present in her life to strive toward balance, peace and harmony on a consistent basis.

She was awarded Ambassador for Lululemon Athletica, a yoga inspired company from 2010-2011.

On a personal note,  Janet is a mother of three young adults, a civil engineer, a still finding himself middle child and a junior at University of Delaware.  She is a breast cancer survivor and has been blessed with a kind and gentle husband, Scott.
